Digital Signature, File Upload, Notebook Field

Participants can access study files including their informed consent form, photo uploads, and saved notes by going to the study page. 

Digital Signature is used in consent forms to capture participant signatures. 

File Upload allows users to upload PDF, images, videos, and other document types. For photos and videos it is recommended to provide participants with clear instructions and sample images (e.g. angles, lighting).  

Notebook Fields let users create and save notes. These notes differ from free response questions as they can be referenced by the user at any time from the study page.
