Rewards
Last updated: August 7, 2024
Incentivizing users with rewards is an effective way to increase data compliance. Consider the following:
How long does it take to complete forms?
What value do participants get from participating (e.g. free product, wearable)
How engaged will the study team be (e.g. reaching out to participants)?
Participants usually prefer receiving gift cards over store credit and discounts. Depending on how you are providing rewards it is essential to update the informed consent form and any other relevant documents. Clearly outlining the requirements for earning rewards such as listing a minimum data compliance is recommended.
The People Science team can be contracted to manage reward disbursement including distributing gift cards on your company’s behalf. Rewards are managed outside of Chloe. Reach out to accounts@peoplescience.health to learn more.
