Linking Qualification Forms

By linking Qualification forms to your study landing page and advertisements, you can make it easy for potential participants to be screened for your study.

Consider using Bitly or another service to help track clicks on your link. UTM codes can be tracked and stored in Chloe to see which recruitment campaigns led to the most completed participants.

To get the link for your Qualification Form it first must be added to your Study Template. To add your form:

Go to Study Template → Study Settings → Qualification Form Template → Select the name of your form.
This will then generate a qualification link URL that can be shared.

To find the URL go to the Studies → Select Your Study → Study Info
