Qualification Tracking & Statuses

By collecting the emails of participants in your qualification form it is easy to track who has qualified for your study. Qualification statuses are only assigned when an email has been entered by the form respondent.

To see the statuses of participants: Go to the Study Page → Click Participants

There are three different types of status

Qualified

• Participant has completed all questions in the qualification form

• All answers meet the qualification requirements

• User account creation may OR may not be complete (Name is OR is not present in the participant list)

Not Qualified

• Participant has completed all questions in the qualification form

• 1+ answers do NOT meet the qualification requirements

• User account creation may OR may not be complete (Name is OR is not present in the participant list)

No Qualification

• Participant has NOT completed all questions in the qualification form

• All answers currently entered meet the qualification requirements

• User account creation will not be complete (Name is not present in the participant list)
