Qualification Forms

Qualifying participants is an important step in recruitment. Eligible and motivated participants are more likely to provide quality data. Using a Qualification Form is an optional but efficient way to screen participants.

Accessible to potential participants without a Chloe account, Qualification Forms work on any web browser. They do not require logging in and if a user is qualified, they will immediately proceed to the study intake process. 

Chloe will generate a unique URL to your study's Qualification Forms and can be easily added to a study landing page or advertisement. The URL can also be rolled into a QR code that can be embedded in marketing materials, emails, or product packaging. This unique link can also track where the participant is coming from via UTM codes in your study landing page or advertisements.

Like standard forms, Qualification Forms are built in the Form Builder. They allow multiple submissions and are optional to have in a study.
