Chloe In-App Chat eMail Alerts

In order to keep your study running smoothly and have your participant inquiries responded to quickly, Chloe issues an email alert to all study staff accounts of type Study Admin and Study Coordinator for the study in which the participant is messaging from.

In the current version of Chloe, this is not configurable.

If you have a Chloe Admin Portal user (study staff) who does not wish to receive these notification emails, you can change their account type to either Data Manager, Monitor, or Sponsor. None of these account types receive the email notifications.

Alternatively, you can create a rule in your email client to trap email alerts from Chloe and move them to a folder other than your in box.
