Study Entities

Every study will automatically have 3 entities. Entities are where data is stored, they can be thought of as books with each chapter representing different forms. There is no additional cost for using all three entities.

Types of entities

Qualification: When recruiting new participants, a form can screen if they are eligible to participant. Accessing this form is via link and does not require a Chloe account. A qualification form is optional.

Intake: To officially enroll in a study, participants must log into their Chloe accounts and complete their informed consent and/or data sharing agreement. 

Normal: All other forms will be saved under the normal data entity. This includes daily surveys, product feedback, and all forms after intake.
